Photo showing some of the exhibits in the Corn Exchange. Some of these are identifiable from the details given in the newspaper reports. Namely, the piece of furniture was manufactured by Wells & Co. of Bedford and is described as "a magnificent and massive mediaeval Ampthill oak sideboard, elaborately finished with brass, set with glass studs, and valued at 200 guineas". The portrait is of Miss Hannah de Rothschild by Watt. On the sideboard on the left is the Ascot Queens Cup - one of Baron de Rothschild's racing trophies and similarly on the right is the Doncaster Cup, another of his trophies..
